Group Clinical Supervision

Service Description

Group Supervision Group supervision offers clinicians the opportunity to learn and grow together in a supportive, collaborative environment. In this format, multiple supervisees meet with me at once, allowing space for shared discussion, case consultation, and collective problem-solving. The group setting creates opportunities to hear diverse perspectives, reduce isolation, and normalize the challenges of early clinical work—all while receiving guidance that meets state licensure requirements. Groups can be arranged for between 3 and 10 clinicians. Please note that LMHCAs in Washington must be aware of state rules limiting the number of participants in group supervision in order for hours to count toward licensure. At this time, I do not have standing groups available. However, if you and at least three colleagues are interested, I am able to accommodate group supervision. Groups are structured to balance clinical depth with equitable time for each participant, and they are always grounded in trauma-informed, identity-affirming practice.
