I’m Samantha Gibb, a trauma-focused therapist and clinical supervisor dedicated to fostering an inclusive, affirming environment. I hold a strong commitment to anti-sexism, anti-racism, anti-homophobia, and anti-transphobia in both my values and my professional work, creating a space where all people feel seen, respected, and supported.

Alongside therapy, I provide clinical supervision and consultation toward licensure for mental health professionals. I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor and can be found on the state registry. My supervision style is relational, collaborative, and shame-reducing, with a focus on trauma-informed care, identity-affirming practice, and developing your authentic clinical voice. I draw from both the developmental model and discrimination model of supervision, offering a supportive space to grow skills, navigate challenges, and show up as your full self in the therapy room.

In therapy, I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic processing to support healing from trauma, PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, and depression. For clients who are interested, I also incorporate holistic practices like Reiki and intuitive insight, while keeping my approach grounded, flexible, and client-centered.

I’m not your stereotypical “woo” healer—I’m down-to-earth, coffee-fueled, and authentically myself in and out of session. I believe that healing and growth happen in relationship, and I care deeply about the people I work with—whether they’re clients or supervisees.

I also offer Reiki as a standalone service for those drawn to energy work. Reiki supports relaxation, balance, and overall well-being by working gently with the body’s natural systems.
