Care at Shoreview Psychotherapy

Care at Shoreview is trauma-focused, relational, and grounded. We work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, Dissociative Identity Disorder, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and the sometimes complicated process of healing.

Our approach prioritizes safety, collaboration, and care that honors each person’s nervous system and lived experience.

Shoreview is an explicitly affirming practice. We are committed to anti-racist, anti-sexist, anti-homophobic, and anti-transphobic care, and we strive to create a space where all people feel seen, respected, and supported.

Our work draws from evidence-based trauma therapies including EMDR, ACT, Ego State Therapy, CBT, DBT and psychodynamic approaches, offered in a flexible, client-centered way. For clients who are interested, holistic and intuitive practices may be integrated thoughtfully and grounded in clinical care.

Care here is real, relational, and grounded. We value authenticity, humor, and showing up as human in the therapy room.
